The United Kingdom is set to progress with using the full worth of seized Russia's funds to bolster Ukraine's war effort, Leader Sir Keir Starmer has stated.

In a joint statement, the leaders of the Britain, France, and the Federal Republic of Germany asserted that this joint measure would heighten pressure on Russia's leader Vladimir Putin and urge the Russian Federation to engage in negotiations.
