I'll stamp all over 'serious fighter' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British rival Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."

In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.

However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge paydays.

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
