Ex- Doctor Charged with Sexual Assault Charges Against 38 Patients
Legal authorities report that a former physician has been charged with performing assaults involving thirty-eight victims who were patients.
Details of the Grave Allegations
Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham is accused of dozens of acts of sexual assault – comprising acts against minors under the age of thirteen – spanning the period from 2017 and 2021.
One deputy chief CPS official stated, “Legal teams have worked at length to assist a thorough and intricate investigation, meticulously examining the evidence to determine that there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial and that it is in the public interest.”
Scope of the Investigation
These allegations come after what police called a “detailed inquiry” into alleged assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
Spencer is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.

- 15 counts of assault.
- Seventeen counts of assault by penetration.
- 9 counts of assault on a minor under thirteen.
- 3 counts of penetrative assault on a child under thirteen.
